SYNOPSIS
A talent show conceived as a generational manifesto where eight manicurists with a voice of their own and a lot to say compete to become the best “nail artist.” Each episode features a thematic “battle” that tests the contestants’ technique and creativity, but also their ability to tackle topics like feminism, gender issues, the concept of beauty, and their fears, insecurities, and anxiety.
At the end of each battle, there is a winner, the Epic Nail, and a loser, the Epic Fail, who leaves the “Claw Salon,” a space designed as a real nail salon where actual clients come for service.
