SYNOPSIS
The Valencian pelotari Sacha Kruithof stars in a four-episode documentary series that takes him to New York, where a modality of pelota called One Wall is played. There, we follow him as he faces the city’s top players, culminating in a final duel against Tywan Cook, the king of New York’s courts. Sacha is a young pelotari of Dutch descent, born in Orba, in the Marina Alta, where he developed his passion for pelota. In ‘Sacha in New York,’ he shows us his thrilling sporting feats, while also uncovering the human stories that arise between the ball and the wall.
