SYNOPSIS
Els Desheretats is the portrait of the director’s father, confronting the end of the family Business. Pere Farrés is 53, and is in charge of a bus company. The lack of income will force him to organise stag parties, in which the customers will usually wreck the vehicle, but he is not going to lose his dignity.
COMMENT
The festival will screen this short film between the documentary genre and fiction, portraying how the father of the director and screenwriter, Laura Ferrés, faces the end of the family business. The film, awarded with the Gaudí prize for the best short film and the Goya prize for the best documentary short film, has the support of the Institut Ramon Llull.
