Rosa Vergés is a prominent filmmaker, screenwriter, teacher, and writer. She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona and La Sorbonne, and worked as a script supervisor and assistant director with renowned filmmakers from 1978 to 1986. She has written and directed several films, including Boom Boom, Souvenir, Tic Tac, and Iris, as well as award-winning documentaries like El Pavelló de la República. Additionally, she has been responsible for the artistic direction of various events and has taught at several universities and film schools. Rosa Vergés has received numerous awards, including the Goya Awards and the City of Barcelona Award. Currently, she is working on literary projects, such as a novel and a biography, and continues to contribute to the film world with her creative and teaching work.
