Adam Martín Skilton is a health-focused journalist with a degree in Information Sciences from UAB, writer, master’s in nutrition and health (UOC), and master’s in nutrition in physical activity and sports (UB). His podcast on mental health, “Gent normal,” won an Ondas award. He has worked in radio, TV, and print with ARA, TV3, Catalunya Ràdio, Com Ràdio, Rac 1, Ser Catalunya, Antena 3, and Telecinco, directing, writing, and presenting programs. In recent years, he has dedicated himself to educating on nutrition and health and has advised Natursoy and DiR group on communication and nutrition. He has authored ten books, four on nutrition: ‘Esportista i vegetarià’ (Cossetània), ‘Cuina Natural’ and ‘Menjar per ser millors’ (Grijalbo/Rosa dels Vents), and ‘Cuina flexi’ (Lectio/Cossetània). His latest book is “La travessia infinita” (Ara llibres, 2024). He directs World Healthy Productions S.L., a company dedicated to promoting healthy habits in the media. At Catalunya Ràdio, he served as deputy director of ‘Estat de Gràcia’ and presented ‘Estiu de Gràcia’, ‘La Tarda d’estiu”, ‘El suplement’, and ‘Sans i estalvis’.
He is also the creator of the podcasts “Historial Clínic,” in collaboration with Hospital Clínic, and “Gent normal,” which won the 2024 Ondas award.
